How does app blocking work?
Benched uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls). You pick the betting apps; Benched puts a shield in front of them. We never see which apps you choose. Apple keeps that private on your device.
Does it cost money?
Benched is free to start. Some advanced features may become a paid subscription later, billed by Apple. There's no paywall blocking the core experience.
Will it work on Android?
Benched is iPhone-only for now. Android is on the roadmap.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings → Reset my progress inside the app, or delete the app. Your data lives on your device, so removing the app removes it.
